You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your pslot account with any other person. Account sharing is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time of closure.

All financial transactions on the pslot platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pslot supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank, subject to availability and any applicable transaction limits.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your pslot wallet are available for gameplay immediately upon confirmation of the transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. pslot does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; any unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.

pslot reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. pslot reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is exploiting promotional offers in bad faith or in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.

Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific bonus terms expressly state otherwise. Players may not combine bonuses unless explicitly permitted.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pslot platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pslot platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pslot platform without the prior written consent of pslot.

Any unauthorized use of pslot's intellectual property may result in the termination of your account and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pslot, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pslot platform or any content, services, or features available through it.

pslot's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pslot account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The pslot platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pslot makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or any content available through it. pslot does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pslot's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

You may close your pslot account at any time by contacting pslot support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your wallet (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

pslot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other pslot policy.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority.
• Extended periods of account inactivity, subject to pslot's dormant account policy.

Upon termination for cause, pslot reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, pslot may forfeit the account balance in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and pslot, you agree to first contact pslot's support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. pslot will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent pslot from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

pslot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pslot will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the pslot platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
